Re: front air bags and stock sway bar ??

I needed to trim my stock sway bar quite a bit (3/4") so it didnt hit the bags as they aired out. I have Airlift Dominators, which may be larger than the slam bags, as they are used for towing also. But my sway bar is trimmed to be almost flush with the edges of the LCA mounts.

You can keep whatever you want with air-ride, but you have to make sure nothing rubs the bags. Air-bags will last a long time and give you trouble free fun as long as nothing rubs them. It doesn’t take very much to poke a hole through a bag. If you can keep your sway bar, and or modify it to make it fit, do so, it’s a great suspension piece.
