The replacement tailgate moldings have adhesive cilps vs the original metal spring clips. You could order the trim and install it with the adhesive or order the replacement metal clips and drill some holes. Did you check Mar-k?

Be very nice to Tim (Special-K) he is a friend and he keeps me honest! :-)

While I spend hours sifting information he can answer most questions from memory.

Besides I think he is the only board member to have one of these. Of coure it has been altered to his nom de guerre .
Thus a redacted version is here as well.
