Quality of vent windows?

Thinking about buying a set of reproduction vent window assembly. How is the quality? Do you recomend them?, or is it cheaper to re-chrome re-glass and re-weather strip mine? Let me know what you think.

I have a set I just recentky got from Wes at Classic Heartbeat. They are better than oem in my opinion. No, redoing/rechroming your old ones will not be cheaper. If you are in central Ca. you could come see mine.

Re: Quality of vent windows?

I got a set from classic industries and they are as good if not better than oem. I would not try rebuilding stock ones, way too much work and not really sure it would be cost effective.

The fit isn't perfect but I'm happy with them all in all.
