I have the catches left, hold downs gone. One has a little wear but easily fixable or def usable as is with a little paint. 10 bucks to your door.

Heres a little better pic of the latches. The hold downs are sold. Sorry its a little fuzzy. These are in good shape, not perfect but pretty good.
