Do you know what year the went from the ball bearing ash tray to non bearing? Will the ball bearing assembly swap in directly for for non bearing, or does the "receiver" have to be changed as well?

The ball bearing ashtrays will require the receiver for it, as they ball bearing ashtrays will not slide into the non ball bearing receivers. I have no idea when they changed the year on the ashtrays, sorry.

The white ashtray has the receiver, the aqua does not.
