Muffler suggestions ??

The 350 in my 67 has true dual exhaust but has glass packs. Its been fun for a couple months.

But I wish I could have quiet, with good flow in a muffler. I researched it a bit and best I could come up with is Walker Dynamax either 17749 ot 17747.

Glass packs are a blast, with the engine idling I can put my hand 5 feet from the exhaust pipe and still feel the pulse, )

I'm looking for the quietest muffler with the best flow. I'm thinking I might even go stock if it costs me a little top-end HP. thanks for any suggestions

Re: Muffler suggestions ??

If you have a basically stock 350, 2-1/4" pipe is plenty big. I did use to 2-1/2" Hemi Turbo's on a BBC in a 3" system and they are neat. The're all made by Walker and I was able to get Advance Auto to price match Jeg's and Summit. Good luck with your choice.
