2001 chevy 2500 hd lost my cab heat
any known issues that would make us loose heat in the cab? blending door??? how tough on the repair.

Check water level.
Check for BOTH heater hoses getting HOT at normal temp. |

Are you sure they're hot and not warm? It's faily common for the heater core to get clogged. I back flushed mine last year and a turd of stuff came out. It's common when you don't change the dexcool every 5yrs/100K (I didn't either...)

Did you check the fuse box to see if you have a blown fuse. Was in a 03 chevy truck where this happened and turned out to be a fuse.

Check to make sure the temp door actuator is working. Common issue for the actuators to go bad in these trucks.
