Dusty, i believe that mount is incorrect, it has metal to metal contact. But that being said, i wouldnt use that bracket. There is a discussion on the 4x4 section on this topic, seems that you have a greater chance for major damage to the transmission. That bracket holds the trans secure, while other parts of the powertrain can flex, weak part is the back half of the trans.

I would strongly suggest you reconsider using that bracket. GM stopped using it!!!
