Before and 2 years later

Here some pics before and after 2 years of rebuilding my truck. This is my first project and what a learning experience it has been. Painted frame with por 15 added 4/5 drop along with blazer tank in rear. Truck will be torch red with black buddy buckets along with black interior. Couldn't have done it with out all the knowledge that is available on this awesome truck site. A lot of mistake were made and lessons learned along with a patient wife. Hope to finish it next year I'm ready to drive her again.

Funny how quickly times goes by. I mean - I know it seems to crawl at times. But when you look back - it seems like it was only yesterday.

Truck is looking great!

Looking real good, I like the color. I am still on mine after 2 years, look at my album and you can see what i went through. But like you said this site has helped out quit a bit. Great place.

Nice work! You are making quite a transformation in your truck. Keep it up and it'll be done in no time.

Re: Before and 2 years later

Thank all of you for your compliments on my progresses. I think ITS Randy said it best a new hobby. From tearing it apart which was the easiest to opening up all the hiding problems and scratching my head trying to figure how am I gonna fix this. And that were the info on this site is the best along with friends. I did the best I could with what I had and my monthly budget could afford. I'm happy with it. Like they say I'm building my truck the way I want it, mostly stock except the drop, headers, and blazer tank in rear. My wife doesn't like two or side molding so slick it out is the way it will be. Happy wife is the best,
