performance kit for my 350

I'm found a kit on eldebrock.com that's pictured below... I'm wondering what's the best bang for your buck to squeez some more ponies out of this 87 throdelbody 350... I like the idea of a all in one kit so I know all the pieces will work good together I'm on the fence about roller rockers because this is a Daley driver type and I don't want a super high mantance temperamental moter.... shootin for 400 Ish more is better ac corse depending on price! I'm sure there are gear heads on here that can point me in the right direction! thanks for the help in advanced ! Plz help me add some more horsepower to this pretty stock 350 so I can hang with my buddies 5.0 mustang! Lol I have hooker comp headers and and going to 2 1/2 in flow masters dumped
