Standard springs vs. hd springs
I'm just curious what the difference between the two are. I'm trying to decide if I need the hd springs or the standard. I'm not looking at hauling anything with my truck. I just don't want my truck to sag. If I go with the standard springs will they sag sooner than hd springs?

Re: Standard springs vs. hd springs
69. I don't really think I need them, but I just don't want them to sag over time. Or sonner than hd springs since I'm getting the big block springs for the front. If they sag over time then that's okay, I just want them to sag the same length if that makes sense?

Where are you finding these HD springs?

Re: Standard springs vs. hd springs
I suggest Moog quality replacement parts,... for stock height trucks.

Re: Standard springs vs. hd springs
CPP has HD 4" lowering springs, and are available through The Gearbox Garage. As there description states, CPP is intending these to be for suburbans or trucks that would be hauling heavy loads, perhaps also for 3/4 ton trucks that had coil spring rear suspension.
