are theses factory sills

72c10step (Jay) posted this pic of a truck he seen at the auto wreaker, and the sill plates caught my eye, are theses stock? they almost look like they might be out of an impala

They sure do look like the ones that were in are old 66 Impala SS. Except the ones in the impala had a oval in the middle.
