Plastic inner fenders
I haven't taken the time to do a search yet; just wondering if anyone knew if anyone makes inner fenders in plastic? Too much winter salt here in PA...

haha. i know, i used to live up there no matter what you drive, or how you keep it there is like a 50/50 that it will rust

I lived in PA for a while I kow what you mean. I don't how good they fit but <www.americanclassic.com> carry them for $260 a pair.

I got a pair of fiberglass and they fit great. I got them from mc millan in canada. I paid $150 each (cdn).

If you look at how the inners are mounted, they act as a stiffener for the fender. It would be better to seal them something like line-x, or a good bed coating and then mount the in.

Thanks for all the inputs, guys. I didn't think about the heavy duty coating option, especially the bedliner. That stuff would probably last long enough for the prices to come down on the plastic/fiberglass ones.

I always get mine powder coated. Seems to hold up pretty good. Snows here too. They use some salt and cincers on the road. But probably not as much as in PA......Good luck to you.
