Finally haha. The choke pulls it closed tight and it doesn't pull it back at all anymore until I push the choke in. Thanks again.

I looked at a pic of your motor. You need a breather on the front of your valve cover. You have a plug in there now. If you leave it like that next you'll be asking why you're getting so many gasket leaks. Just sayin'. |

Yeah thanks for helping me figure it out. And, I believe that's an oil breather I have on the front of my valve cover, at least that's what it said it was when I bought it from o'reillys.
