Porterbuilt forward arms
Looking for install pics/instructions for the lower forward control arms.
Also would like to know if the center shafts are same as his standard arms. I am upgrading to the forward series and am missing the center shafts until they get shipped so if they are the same I can use the standard arm shafts for mock up. Cheers,

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
I believe the cross shafts are specific to the a-arms.

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
I would just wait to make sure you mock everything up with the parts you will be using. Some times even 1000 of a inch can cause headaches.

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
You can use the standard arm shafts for mock up no problem. They are dimensioned the same.

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
Aggie,
Do the alum. Bushing sleeves have a hex head milled on the end of them? Hard to tell from the picture. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
Here are some pics of how the locking sleeve assembly goes together. Pretty straight forward. Much simpler than the old configuration with the through shaft.
The components are all billet steel and have been zinc coated.

Re: Porterbuilt forward arms
Thank for the pics. It makes total sense. I should have waited until the shafts got here before asking. I was familiar with the older style shaft.
Any shipping info? Cheers Posted via Mobile Device
