Well, after a 7 hour round trip to CT and back, I have my new seats. They are sitting in the blazer as you can see and hopefully this week I can get some them completely mocked up and figure out what I have to do for brackets and power and such. The center console is actually not gonna be installed, I am fabricating a sheet metal console with a floor shifter and a 69 Camaro gauge cluster as you might be able to pick out in one of the pics. More to come later.

Sexy new Valve covers are here. I've been waiting soooo long for Billet Spec. to bring out some powder coated valve covers!

Should have some more paint off of the blazer this weekend, along with the rehanging the drivers side fender and installing the headers. Pics to come around Sunday or so.

Unfortunately I have to keep this thing drivable for the moment. After my 2011 gets down the road this will be the only thing I have to drive here in NY.

Went to the body shop today to check in on the work. Had them doing some body work repairing some rust and putting it in primer. Paint is a long way down the road, but it will be Cyber Grey Metallic.

Just got her home after 2 months at the body shop.....still needs a lot. Hoping to do some suspension work over the winter.

Edit: And yes, all of those boxes off to the right are for the K5....not to mention all of the stuff that is inside the blazer as well.

Got some time off, probably going to start taking everything else off of it, body and all down to the frame. Going to be fun!

On a side note, ended up buying a 1968 396 2 bolt main. Just need to find a good machine shop now.
