what heater is this?

Bought a 64 parts truck and it has a different heater control compared to the rest of my trucks is this a odd heater?

It's a Thrift Heater.
The knob pulls out to open vent, and turns to change motor speed.
Under the dash you have to move a handle up or down to switch from heater to defrost.
