DJM Spindles, Track width question
How much do djm spindles increase track width?
I have a 78 c10, Zd and has uniball arms with some drop built in, so I lay out, but I was going to add drop spindles to help with alignment, and maybe go 26s. |

Re: DJM Spindles, Track width question
Drop spindles typically add about 3/8"-1/2" to the track width vs a factory disc brake spindle (depending on the tape measure ).

Re: DJM Spindles, Track width question
It's all irrelevant.
If you can use a drop spindle to get an easy 2", 2.5", or 3" drop. Most of the people worried about track width are trying to use the wrong wheel (backspace) for this extreme drop. CPP Modular spindles are the ones to use if you want the narrowest track width,... with only a 2" drop. I've never seen any documented info (with pics),... that compare track width differences of the following: 1) drum spindles 2) stock disc spindles 3) standard drop spindles 4) CPP Modular Spindles Drop your truck. Order your wheels.
