need pic of auto brake assem.
Hello everyone i am in need a pic of an auto brake assembly. I ordered one from Truck Shop but I think they are trying to screw me by taking a stick assembly and removing the clutch peddle. I have a stick now and am converting the truck to an auto. If you can post a pic ASAP it would be great so i can deal with the truck shop and get the right peddle set up.
Thanks

UUMM, are you talking about the whole pedal assembly, tower and all? If so they are the same for automatic and standard. You can slide a clutch pedal into an auto pedal assembly, the auto is the same thing just with the pedal removed. So why did you buy one when all you have to do is slide the clutch pedal out of the tower?? You could return it and get your money back to use on something else, and just remove the clutch pedal and use the same tower for the automatic.

Nope and nope to the questions. The pedal is in the same position in standard and automatics,(I have both) and the brake pedal touches the side of my foot while it is on the gas pedal in both trucks. And the brake pedal is the same size as the clutch pedal, Only on '73 and up is the pedal bigger. I hope this clears up things for ya!! Glad to be of assistance!!!
