Cool pics! The 67-72 and the 99-02 are my favorite GM truck bodies.
I did this years ago too, back in 2006 after I had just finished the truck at my uncle's house. He was nice enough to let me build it there back when I lived in an apartment. It was painted right where my Z71 is parked. I still have both trucks. I also did this recently with my new to me 65 mustang and my wifes 2011 300+ horse V6 Mustang.
