Re: 67-68 chrome trim

If you find out let me know... I want to put the same trim on my 1970 GMC. I love the chrome trim and how it goes around the wheels. Its so much nicer than the 69-72 trim.

Re: 67-68 chrome trim

There are a few venders here that sell trim. I bought mine from Mr. Mel ( member Classic Bowties) who was great to deal with.

These pieces show up from time to time on the parts board but good ones that arn't beatup are really hard to find and expensive. If you are going to buy repops you can't go wrong with Mel from Classic Bowties.

Re: 67-68 chrome trim

Any pics of how the 67/68 trim looks on a 69-72 c10? Just wondering if it would look right.

That truck looks crazy with relocated marker lights and emblems and a pass side gas filler

Re: 67-68 chrome trim

Yeah, that's "low buck" posted above. It also has a 67/68 hood with a sectioned nose so it fits the 69-72 grill.

Re: 67-68 chrome trim

Not sure about the marker light location but the rest of the truck is very very nice. I prefer things like marker lights and emblems etc to stay where they should be.

Re: 67-68 chrome trim

For high quality reproduced trim you can't go wrong with Mar-K. They actually make it and they do it right here in the USA.
