Who's using one of those LED tail lights under their tailgate?

I installed it and it was working fine for a while and now it stays on ALL the time when my lights are on. Every light in it stays on, the brake, tail, and the turn signal lights are lit up. I know this may be an electrical section question, but thought I'd have more luck with fellow 88-98ers.

sounds like a faulty light bar itself. check to make sure that somehow all 3 weren't wired to the taillights. that's really weird, never heard of that happening before.

There's just a hot wire and a 4 wire setup that you just plug into your trailer wires.

My bet is that the light bar may be OK, but what is the voltmeter readins on the plug. Are the wires all powered up for the different functions?

That's what stranged it worked before and nothing has been tampered with underneath there. I got underneath there and moved a bunch of the wires around to see if there was a short anywhere, but no such luck.

Re: Who's using one of those LED tail lights under their tailgate?

I suggest the use of a light test probe or a volt meter to find the source of the cross-over of power.
