The body moldings were installed on stepsides and chassis cabs in 67-68. Offically I cannot find any listings but many motorhome cab and chassis trucks were also equiped with the body moldings on later model years.
As to trim on the bed, it was considered to be a work body. Doubt there would have been many takers for trim.
