i've never noticed these before? What, exactly, do they hold/how do they hold it? Don't consoles have places to place the belt buckles? Interesting, never noticed these, and I'm piecing together a bucket interior, I gotta get smart!

they hold the female end of the seatbelt. for bucket seats with no console
