Re: Leaking Roof to inside
I used a 3m flexible seam sealer. Worked very well.

Re: Leaking Roof to inside
I also used. 2 part 3m seam sealer, had to borrow the gun from an autobody shop.
I'm not sure about the repop panels. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Leaking Roof to inside
Here is the rust from the leak. I was thinking just make a flat panel with a small curve to it and weld it in if no one makes a panel , what do you guys think

Re: Leaking Roof to inside
If its coming through on the inside like that, what you dont see should scare you. The damage is probably quite extensive. Have you exposed all metal around the windshield and drip rails to see how bad it is yet? If the rust is bad, I would consider finding a new cab or at least finding one you can graft some panels from. I havent seen any replacement panels for the roof but I have seen people take roofs off and transplant them. How are your rocker panels and cab corners?

Re: Leaking Roof to inside
This is the only rust through on the entire truck . The top only had surface rust but sanded off real easy and primed with epoxy primer. If someone knows the guage metal of the roof I will just make a patch then install a custom headliner
