They look like 3rd gen Camaro mirrors.

Ah ok. I didn't remember 'Dega having yellow walls around it.
As far as those mirrors they look like aftermarket or 80's car ones. They look nice but they prevent the vent windows from opening to a usefull amount.

Re: does anyone who built or owns this cheyenne truck
Those look like they are 2nd gen camaro mirrors. A lot of 70's into early 80's used that style. Monte Carlo, Malibu, caprice, camaro just about all of them I had a set on my 71 SWB back in 91 I even installed the remote mirror adjust bezel and knob on the inside of the door. Some of the mirror bases are angled different to fit the car door they are used on so some of them will fit better than others. I liked them alot and they would be great with one piece side window conversion but get in the way of using the stock wing glass. Jason

Re: does anyone who built or owns this cheyenne truck
must have been somewhat of a popular switch. The PO put those kind of mirrors on my 72 GMC. If I ever rebuild it they will be gone. haha

Re: does anyone who built or owns this cheyenne truck
That guy is from SC. He comes to the Grand Rod Run here in Pigeon Forge alot. If you still don't have your answer by spring, I'll try to find him and ask what they're from.
BTW, that truck is very well and nicely built.

Re: does anyone who built or owns this cheyenne truck
I have those on my 68, along with side vents and a steering wheel off an 80s Firebird. PO did it, someday they'll likely come off. I've got a 5" chop so no working vent windows, but they make the truck look too, umm, maybe modern for my liking...
