Dually roof lights

i have a 82 GMC 3500. i wanted to know if anyone sells clear lens for the roof lights, instead of amber. i always see new f350's with them, just wanted to see if anyone knew of a place that sells clear replacement lens that fit the stock location. Thanks, any info would be appreciated!

The clears they sell are for the 88-2000 and 2001-2007 body style trucks. They do not sell clear lights in the "fireman's hat" style for this body style truck. To run the new lights would require new holes to be drilled. I don't think I have ever seen clear "fireman's hat" style lenses.

There is a clear lens that is a direct fit onto the "fireman's hat" base, it is not shaped the same, but is the same diameter and uses the same holes. The 67-72 Stepside reverse lights will fit in place, they look more like the 69/70 flat "hockey puck" style clearance lights, but are clear and are a direct swap. IIRC they require longer mounting screws though.

Re: Dually roof lights

Here is a really old thread discussing the ones I mentioned
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=206764

They are labeled as reverse lights for a P30 step van in that thread, but I believe the exact same lenses were used on stepsides as well.
