Looks like a Holmes wrecker on it. If it's still working price really isn't too bad. Truck doesn't look that bad either.

62-63 shared the C60 grille. Correct hard to find spotlight brackets. Wider fenders and running boards plus as mentioned 62 emblem on the cowl extension. Independent torsion front suspension = 62.
