Interior colors..
Ok fellas, I've got the 505 dark green figured out. Done a few searches and not coming up with anything on this door panel or steer colum. So what is the code for the rest. I think the panel is a cool color I'd like to stick with. Also is the grill color the same white as the bumper? Thanks in advance!

Re: Interior colors..
Here Shawn,
This will make it easy for you, sort of. 505 exterior / Ditzler #42850 611 interior / Ditzler #43693 upper dash forward of the pad only #43861 everywhere else. Or at least that is how the color chart lists it for 68. I think that the 68 used the exterior color as the primary interior and the earlier (listed) light color as a trim color for the door panels and column. Upper dash is probably rolled to a flattend exterior color as well. Charts are not always right and 68 is a problem. Pictures of the green truck are of a 67 and your 68 has the two tone metal so the codes should get you there. Here I have added a blue 68's pictures to give a better feel. If you need more let me know I'm just really short on time today. However if this is too frustrating just send the truck to me! We will give it a good home hauling Huskies! http://www.tcpglobal.com/aclchip.asp...truck-pg02.jpg

Re: Interior colors..
I'll start by saying that's a nice green.
SSTim - is there a color chart for 69 in your stash? Mainly the 69 only red (maroon I call it). Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Interior colors..
Thanks Tim. Yeah the interior is the primary color 505, but what code leads me to that third color on the panels? It's A shade or two lighter than the 505 but nothing close to the colum. Also, that 43861 medium on the colum looks light to me! Anyway thanks for looking. ps. Love the plow truck. My favorite color maybe..

Re: Interior colors..
Tried the 69 chart but it uses the 42850 number. But there is a 44041 number, that should be the flattened 505/42850 number, listed for the upper dash and applicable to your truck. Might have to do a color scan to come up with something for the door panels. I will try some other source but it may take some time.

Re: Interior colors..
Thanks again Tim. Yeah , comes down to it, may have it scanned like ya said before they get prepped. I think they tried to mirror the visors and dash pad colors with those panels. Looks cool in the truck. No big rush Tim, you've done plenty!

Re: Interior colors..
At this point a color match to the original (unfaded) dash pad should get you very close. Take a look at some brochure pictures here.

Re: Interior colors..
I wish this thread included every color interior offered with pics.
SSTim - I will post pics as soon as vBulletin allows upload from iPhone. The spid has two items referencing colors. 617-red vinyl and 544-white/red. I have to say the maroon(red) looks good with the orange. Sboris- Im in a similar boat. In my case I just want to be correct and true to how it came factory. Seems 68's and 69's each have peculiarities. Cheers! Posted via Mobile Device
