that's really nice. Did you do the cover yourself? Might be thinking a hinged one piece cover work work. haven't done any fiberglass work...yet. Could I make a functional aluminum frame a somehow cover it in fiberglass?

for enough money, Gaylords truck lids makes a fiberglass lid for our truck. its the ONLY company i have ever found that does...
I think they are $1000.00 or more but at least it exists... http://www.gaylordslids.com/classic_stepside.php sorry, please ignore the 'demo' truck they use and the gaudy custom bits...
