WA I need a few things

I need a steering column firewall bracket and clamp
and a the peice of metal that goes between the upper column bracket and the park brake handle!

I think I have the firewall bracket and clamp. Not sure what piece your reffering too by the park brake handle. Maybe you can dig up a refernce pic on the forums and post it?

That was me.........I have the firewall bracket and clamp but was thinking you needed the column trim (metel plate) which I have. After thinking about it I think you are looking for the 4 bolt hole metal bracket that mounts to the pedal box and then the ebrake mounts to it......correct?....If so I dont have an extra, FWIW I do have one for a 69-72...

Well i guess i need both peices for the column inside and the firewall pieces!!
I only have the brake handle! and the colmn is only held in with the two bolt strap with the indexing bump on it!

Nope the one on the right is 69-72, 67-68 on left. Here is a pic of the column trim.

I'm feeling dumber by the minute??
I'm putting a 68 cab on a 69 truck and using the 69 parts! most are missing but !
I never knew there was so much different!

Im switching to hand ebrake so i need the one on the left

I put 72 parts on a 68 cab. The E-Brake on the 68 mounted under the column. The E-brake on the 69 mounts on the driver side under the dash near the cowl. You will have to do alot of work to switch that around, I just did not but a E-Brake System on mine. Also the fuse panel mounts horizontial instead of vertical, there is not anywhere to mount the door courtesy light switches, the door rubber bumpers mount in different spots and the gas pedal may be different. Good Luck! I am starting to get bad memories.

I dont care if they come from two differant people! just in need!
