Here's how I did my '66. CPP bolt in C-notch and AirLift D2600 bags mounted straight to the frame. I am going to redo the C notch and go with a 2" pipe notch instead and box the inside of the frame. The CPP notches are too weak to tow and the pipe notch will let me keep the original strength of the frame so I can tow. Either will be low enough to need bumpstops or else the differential will hit the bed floor.
