Re: Square body blazers....what differences ???

Don't have but a minute,

Here are a few.

73-75 have full removable tops and low step in the floor behind the front seats.
76- up half tops, and 77 was the last year where the frame were the same as the floor height changed in 78 (so if you wanted to take a 73-75 full removable and put it on a 2wd frame, you could use any 73-77...
81-87 new body style

Lots of other things, drivetrain, etc.. But I'm off to run some errands

Squarebody blazers also ran past the 1987 model year.
The 88-91 blazers were some of the nicest you could buy.
Fuel injected engines started with the '87 blazers.

Re: Square body blazers....what differences ???

Thanks guys.

Twisted-that was basically what I wanted to know was about the tops (I should have worded it better). I know there are other difference such as headlights and such but the main purpose of my question was about the tops.

Lolife-thanks for the response but if I was able to procure one I would prefer the full top version. But of course only time and checquebook will tell.

Me too.
I've never owned a 73-75 2wd blazer.
But it's still high on my list.
