I hate those universal clamp on terminals but it;s what they had at the local parts store to get my by. Atleast it starts consistantly now.

I was surprised to find the plastic tag still on the fill plug when I checked the gear oil. it cleaned up nice.

Inside of the bed.

Getting ready to order tires and some parts to get it down to a more acceptable ride height!

Not to sound off that looks to be a 230 or a 235 or might be the 216 motor cus the 250 and the 292 have smaller side covers on the passenger side let me know what the motor is this is my 1972 250 out of a 1972 the valve cover is smaller then yours or looks to be

Re: New 60-66 owner here

Congrats on getting into the 10's! I'm going through serious race withdrawal right now. Hopefully I'll have mine back together by march to make some passes once the weather starts warming up.

Re: New 60-66 owner here

Put my new wheels and tires on and just needed to see what it would look like lowered. Cut the front spring and jusr removed the rears and sat on some blocks to see what it might look like. Now I just need some cash to actually lower it that it's drivable. Was about ready to start buying some suspension parts but found some more broken stuff on the car that needs attention before race season starts back up.

Re: New 60-66 owner here

Back on the road at its new and improved ride height. Also picked up an S10 T5 for it this weekend to install in the near future.
