Guage Lights - only speedometer LIGHT works

Hope the new years is treating you all well. It was 70 degrees yesterday so I took the 71 out for spin. At night, I noticed only the speedometer guage light worked. I would love to have all guages lit up.

Is it a bulb or fuse to fix these problems? Also, where is the fuse box in these trucks? If it is a bulb, where do I have to take apart guage cluster?

Thanks

Easiest way to replace the bulbs is to remove the cluster and change the bulbs, I've heard of people changinge the bulbs without removing the cluster but I've never tried it

If you have a long skinny arm you can reach in and change the bulbs. They are #194 and they sit in a twist in 1/4 turn base.

I have a short fat arm so I pulled the cluster out.

I recommend pulling the cluster and replacing all bulbs at once and be done with it. 10 minutes max

If I were to take the time to pull the cluster, I'd take the time to check EVERY bulb. They are all 194s and can be easily checked by twisting the socket out and running 12 volts through each one.

Here is what the backside looks like. This is a factory Tach dash. The lights are the little black knobs you see. They are not hard to replace at all.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Guage Lights - only speedometer LIGHT works

Andy posted a great ref pic so you know where to put em. I normally just pop the cluster out as far as it will go without disconnecting anything (not very far) and then reach in behind (from below dash) and in from above (between dash and cluster that is pulled out slightly) to swap em.
