Only thing I can say is the top two look like E brake pulleys on weird brackets

i love ink blot tests!!!
Looks kinda like the a/c bracket that came on a friens 86 chevy with dealer installed a/c, it had an idler and was real long like that

I'll double check but that #3 looks just like the smog pump bracket on my 68 327.

I'm pretty sure it is a smog pump bracket. You can see it a little in this old shot I had when I removed my engine last fall. It runs along the P.S. valve cover and it's bolted in a couple of places with the intake manifold bolts. It bolts to the front of the block with one of the water pump bolts if memory serves me right.
