Exclamation Help with SPID for 1970 c10

Maybe yall can read this better than I can. the PO's kid marked over it with pen and its also just very worn. Doesnt look like a very high optioned truck, but just curious what yall can make of it. Thanks!

Then the one beneath it is like something about Vinyl Trim?

model = CE10704
P13 s/m wheel carrier
612 green vinyl trim
LS9 350 CU IN V-8 engine
504 med olive

Short wheelbase, stepside right?

yep, SWB stepside. Was originally medium olive, then painted red by the PO. He also painted the interior black.
