Inspired, indeed you have. Do you think you could give me a run down on how you did everything from the start, paint prep, and sand paper ect. Thank you.

I will get outside pics as soon as I get it back together and it stops raining here. As far as prep work. I started off just sanding the truck with 320 grit. Next I painted the semigloss rustoleum black with cheap chip brushes. Then painted the rustoleum rust color on with a mini roller with 3/8 nap for more texture build up. Then I sprayed on the rustoleum lagoon satin paint in spray cans. I did it pretty thick. I finish sanded with 320 grit. Overall I used two quarts of black, 2 quarts of rust primer. And almost 8 cans of the blue. I used 3 spray cans of rustoleum satin white on the top. I also used a pint of satin white to do the letters on tailgate. I would say I probably used about 40-50 sheets of 320 grit paper.

Thank you clemdaddy!! I appreciate the nice comments. I do love the way it has turned out. It is my creation and I did it through my eyes. I think alot of the faux patina is done over kill or too much of it. I just tried to make it look like it is an old truck that has been modernized.
