Re: Brothers strikes again
Brothers update:
I ordered a chrome steering column that was on sale in April. I was told 3 to 4 weeks for it to be shipped. I received it in just over 3 weeks. Thanks Mike |

Re: Brothers strikes again
I also had problems with items being backordered. Had to send them an email to find out where my parts were and to find out some were back ordered. I do not believe you should have to get John @ brothers involved to get your parts shipped. I won't be ordering from them again.

1moretime, my purpose on the board to enable another avenue if customers would like to talk directly to management to air any concerns. You do not have to contact me directly but I can be reached if you have any questions regarding our business practices or information regarding your order. Thank you, John Lawrence Operations Manager

Re: Brothers strikes again
I had a not quite elderly buddy (not a forum member) that had several issues with shipping parts with brothers trucks. Really simple e-commerce things that shouldn't have happened at all. (Someone needs to find a job at McDonalds in that shipping dpt I think) like shipping proper quantity and providing tracking or backorder updates. I told John about it and POOF - magically fixed.
If I were ordering from them, and I will be soon, I'd place the order then PM John for confirmation so it's on his radar. He's the only way some things get resolved. Maybe the store has some crappy employees and it shouldn't be doing business like they do but since they have good products I'm sure glad he's available to pick up their slack.
