Dics brake conv. ?
Just wondering if a disc brake set up (spindles, caliper, brackets, power brake booster, etc) off a 70 monte carlo would fit on a 68 p/u? Found a inexpensive one locally, just wondering if it would fir a p/u? Thanks.

Re: Dics brake conv. ?
No, you should look for a 73-87 c10 they all have disc brakes, if you can find a heavy half or a suburban it will have the 1 1/4" rotors. And it all will bolt in, but you need the control arms too. You can go as far as getting the drag link and gear box it will fit but on your 68 you will have to space the box away from the frame about 1/4" to clear. CPP makes a bracket or I just used a couple washers.

FYI- The Burb platform carried all the way to 91. That might help with your search.
