Length of the tub from firewall to tailgate.
I'm trying to pre plan a project and kind if need to know the length of the tub from the firewall to the tailgate, in other words the entire length of a stripped body. I'm trying to determine what I need for a rotisserie and if I can make a set of cab rails work. The rails are 6ft and the longest end bars are 16" that makes it a bit over 8ft, but less than 9. Is that too short?

i measured mine a while back when i made my body cart. i think its right at 10 feet. i will go double check after my coffee.

it is 10' 10" from firewall to tail light.
