With the phone number and name listed I'm thinking that he is open to wheeling and dealing and the Ebay add was a way to advertise it over a broad base for little money.

I was a bit skeptical until I read what he had done to it and had on it but that would be a way to get a truck together if those were the wheels and tires you wanted. If he was open to knocking a good chunk off the price for "bring your own rollers" it might be a real good deal for someone.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
