th350 transmission vent

Im having some leaks on my transmission after chainging the oil pan gasket and wont stop leaking everytime i drive the truck,
So i heard that vent holes get closed and make the oil leak, so i went an checked
Everybody said there should be like a tube but i do not see one on mine,
Can anybody help me, how to replace it with a new vent tube, and how to open this one up
