72 3/4 ton brakes

Did 1972 3/4 ton trucks come with front disk brakes??

Don't say that to feel sorry for myself I started this project a month before my accident started tear down two days before and it's been a year and a half almost just looking forward to getting back into it but obviously more modifications will have to be made now oh well sometimes life throws you a curve ball
