Nice truck indeed...I am partial to the ochre/parchment combo, lol. The seat in that condition can reflect low mileage; my barn find truck had a seat in similar shape. The brake and gas pedal on this truck do not look very worn to me when zooming in on the picture.

my thought on the seat thing is back 40 years ago these werent quite as colectable as they are now. i remember abusing my first car in 1972. infact as a teenager i killed it with only 40,000 miles on it. and with all the documentation the owner has! im thinking its true. another thought... 40 years ago most vehicles only seen 50,000 miles. by then they were considered pretty used up. ????
