I agree with what DiryLarry and noco-K5 said. I am one of the ex-Californians and moving here was great to get away from the California do-gooders.

I live in a Denver suburb and it is still not too bad. The non-antique cars still get inspected every couple years and really just need to have all their smog stuff in-place and pass the test which is not too tough.

Luckily, bought my 77 C20 a few years ago and got the collector car plates!!!
