update on valve seal job

as some of you know my brother spoof and i along with southpas help redid the valve seals on my 402bb,after it was all done we tried to start the thing but with all the rain we had some of the electrical got wet so we dried it out got the thing started and it ran like a pig, tottaly missfiring,we shut it down did a few things got it going good the we noticed the white steam out of the pipes we check the oil and sure as **** it was white,so we pulled it all apart put a new head gaskit in the one bad side and tried again this time the other side was really bad so we pulled the heads and took them in and they checked out fine then we took my intake in and it was fine so i looked around my cylinder walls and there it was a nice 2 0r 3 inch crack,we have no idea what happend but if i have it sleeved and everything else done it would cost me about the same to buy a rebuilt motor so i think ill be saying goodbye to the stock 402 and buying a 454 and just swap over all my performance parts.

it all started with a simple valve seal job lol.

You will also have an easier time walking with all of the weight taken out of your wallet.... Good luck with the new motor!
