2005 Tahoe wiper doesn't work but washer does.

I had to replace the rear washer pump because the case cracked and leaked out all the fluid. After i reassembled the washer tank with new rear pump the rear wipers will not work in wiper mode but they do work in washer mode. Fluid squirts out and wipers wipe. I dissassembled again to inspect contacts in all 3connectors and they all look good. The fuses i looked at look fine but i'm not sure i'm looking at the right one. Anyone with a solution? Thanks, Tom
