Re: 57 chev - Canadian eh!
When ever I went into our local Home Hardware the manager always asked me if I was ready for the company logo on mine.
Nice looking truck!

Re: 57 chev - Canadian eh!
I have been gone a while, sorry 'bout that...
Thought i would do a quick update... the 305 that the truck came with had a BBC flywheel... never thought to look for that!!! destroyed a 350 tranny to find out... also had trouble with water getting into the fuel cell... not fun! other than that it was a relatively un-event full season... now that winter is here I am fixing the cell, trying to find an overdrive tranny, and working on the box floor.... have a look! Re: 57 chev - Canadian eh!
you've done a lot of work on this beast. Nice. One day, I'll get it painted (likely be me doing it), i just don't want a show truck. I use mine quite a bit.
Where is the event? is it a car show/charity for the community? |

Posted via Mobile Device this is (hopefully) a 'zoom-able' photo. present is my buddy Craig who has helped ALOT with the truck... the dark wood is black walnut, and the light is clear maple... once sanded and oiled, the floor will be flat and smooth...! I will be hinging the entire floor for access to the fuel cell -- similar to a tonneau cover... Posted via Mobile Device |
