400 slip yoky question

When installing a 400 turbo in a lwb truck with 2pc driveshaft how far should i pull the slip yoke out to get a measurement on cutting driveshaft

you can check this site for how to measure for one, on a one piece you need about 3/4-1 of shaft play,
